Lauren is Community and Operations Associate at Impact First, where she delivers programmes, events, and partnerships to support talented students in pursuing high-impact work. Previously, she studied International Relations and Anthropology at the University of St Andrews, where she co-ran the Effective Altruism group and established the St Andrews Impact Research (STAIR) initiative.
